Cookie Disclosure
A clear, current list of any cookies and similar storage in use on the Private Practice Research site.
Effective date: 2026-04-30. Edition PPR-COOKIES-2026-V1. The institute reviews this disclosure on every site change that touches client-side storage or third-party requests.
Position
Private Practice Research does not use cookies for advertising, marketing, cross-site tracking, or behavioral profiling. The site does not participate in any third-party advertising network. The site does not deploy a cookie consent banner because the cookies in use do not require one under standard interpretation of EU ePrivacy and US state-level privacy law.
Cookies and storage in use
- None set by Private Practice Research directly. The application code does not call
document.cookieor write tolocalStoragefor any user-identifying purpose. - Vercel platform. The site is hosted on Vercel, which may set strictly functional cookies for security (CSRF protection, edge routing). These are not used for tracking.
- Vercel Analytics. Cookieless. Uses anonymous request hashing; no client-side cookie or localStorage is set.
- Vercel Speed Insights. Cookieless. Captures Core Web Vitals timing in aggregate.
Third-party content
The site does not embed advertising tags, social-media widgets that drop tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts beyond Vercel’s platform analytics.
Changes
If the institute adds a new dependency that introduces cookies or similar storage, this page will be updated and a dated note will be added.
